I have figured it out!
 

For those of you who havn't done this,

It had been driving me nuts for a while trying to see how its ****ing possible, All day i couldn't get it off my mind and i sat with my g/f and finally figured it out.

Well for those of you who dont know, what you do is you get any two digit number (for example 28, 12, 17, 48), write it down or remember it, lets say for example 26, what you do is add them both up 2+6 = 8, and then you subtract that by your original number (This case 26), which equals 18. Then you go to the next page and it tells you the sign above the number you chose.

Well this **** was ****ing freaking me out all day about how it knew my number and my sign. Well i sat with my g/f and we figured it out, any number you choose once you add the numbers and subtract it to your number, will always give you a multiple of 9. (9,18, 27,36,45,63,72). Now i noticed that in the page that has the numbers with the sign above, it has the same sign for every multiple of 9. To add more to the illusion, everytime you do it again it changes the simple of the multiples of 9.

Very cool SpinMedia!!! I thought some ppl here would find that link pretty cool. Its been driving me crazy for a few weeks, and your the first person I know of that has figured it out. Big congrats to you and your G/f :beerchug:

You seriously couldn't figure out how it knew your number??? All those number "tricks" are the same. They use simple math to always achieve a number of set of numbers.

I have to admit, it I was sitting around with my girlfriend, I think I could think of about 113,461,414,614,613,463,166,136 better things to do than figure out a math problem....or maybe 1 different math problem....1+1+bed/shower/floor (etc.)=fun.

We do so much of that we had to find something to do in between it all. :shifty:
