Does anyone believe in bigfoot???
 

Like the title says who here believes bigfoot exist. I want to here some feelings upon the mystical creature before i post up feeling on it and stories and info.:)

Na, I don't think big foot is real. I know in the Pacific Northwest is considered big foot territory, but I don't think it's true.

I honestly have no opinion on this. You never know? Never seen evidence to suggest they are real and never seen enough to lead me to believe he is fake so I will float around in the middle.

you live in a very hilly area. You dont think there are things that live in there that you never see. Take for example all the new animals they discoverd in south america.

I dont believe in bigfoot, or the lochness monster, or the jersey devil. Mass hyseria, overactive imaginations and tom-foolery are the most likely explanations.

i do believe there are other forms of intelligent life out there in the universe, but i doubt they have ever visited us.

i think the only "cryptozological" animal i do believe in is the kracken. They have found dead sperm whales with sucker scars on them the size of dinner plates.

funny thing is about dragons is you can take the paintings from just about anywhere, americas, europe, africa, all kinds of secluded areas, and in most of these cultures you will see reference to some sort of a flying fire breathing serpent. The same goes for what looks to be flying saucers and men with space helmets.

i dunno... there is usually some truth to a rumor or myth, but i have a hard time believing nobody has ever found a dead bigfoot or captured one. Every ****ing inch of america has veen discovered, explored, tagged and bagged. There aint any room. If there WAS some sort of a North American Primate, they are all dead now. if there IS something to the myth of bigfoot, it has to be quite a bit stranger than we realize or we woulda put the mother****er in a zoo by now.

People have been searching for along time and no real proof after all these damn years :confused:

All lochness videos and pictures have been discarded and even the one they thought was a proof of existance. The guy came out 30 years later and showed how he did it with a plastic boat and a homemade head of a dinosaur.

As for bigfoot, someone, somewhere would of caught him or something by now. And if there is a bigfoot, there would be more than one. One doesnt procreate with itself. So your chances are 100%, 1000% or 10000% better of seeing existance of it depending on the numbers.

Aliens? Ive got no doubt in my mind that aliens exist. There are countless other galaxies that are proven to exist and we are just one of the many... with millions of life forms on our planet.

I remember seeing on the news something about the guy who created the hoax, and made the first claim to see it by having someone videotape him in a costume, had died a while back. Look it up on google, I'm sure you'll find it. His family now admits to being behind it.

i honestly dont think there are "aliens"....i think God could have created them...but...i think God Created life only on earth...

Our universe is just too damn big...its bigger than we even know or can truly understand. That being said, there has to be life somewhere else in the universe....its just too damn vast for Earth to be the only planet with life...intelligent or otherwise.

Lol.... i think humans are no more than a byproduct of a greater design. not the purpose of it, but a resulting product that may or may not have been the point of creation in the first place.

However im sure most creationists think of it much along the lines that you do.

either way, as line bigfoot, there is really no substancial proof that aliens exist or have been to earth. However, mathematically it should be a garaunteed thing that life (intelligent or not) does exist on other planets. I remember some show on the discovery channel where they figured if 1 in a million stars has planets, and one in a million of those stars with planets have a planet like earth with a buttload of water, and one in a million of those actually spawned life, and one in a million of those planets acually has intelligent life, that there would be millions of other intelligent species throughout the galaxy.

they say that there are more stars in the milkyway than there are grains of sand in all of the beaches in the whole world combined.

so, mathematically, it is pretty damn probabal. but so far, no luck in proving it. lol....

We arent even scratching the surface of the technology needed to come back with phyiscal evidence of other lifeforms. And whos to say the size or form? Could be microbacterial specimens on another planet. Look at the wide range of our lifeforms from jellyfish, snakes, elephants, octopus', seahorse, ants, scorpions, praying mantis, and all the other weird stuff we have here.

Uh yeah, dont want to start any religious debate or anything, what im basically saying is i believe in some sort of intelligent design for the whole creation of everything. i dont belive it just so conveniently happened to happen, rather than there was something guiding the occurance of it and having a purpose for creation in the first place. I dont really believe in the perverbial god in the heavens with a white robe and white hair, but i dont think that the universe would have just happened to exist. I think there was some sort of intelligent force driving the creation.

However, i dont really believe that human beings are the point of everything. And i wouldnt put it past the "intelligent designer" to even have the foggiest clue that we are here. We just happened to be more of a byproduct as is everything else. I think "Existance" in general was probable the main goal and driving force whatever the hell it was that created everything. You could almost attribute a "god" title to whatever the force of creation was. But i dont really believe it has to be "Sentient" with the ability to make decisions and such of irrelevant matters rather than requiring an intelligence of a sort in order to get the job that it is trying to accomplish done.

kind of a wierd way of looking at things. Its not the standard idea behind "Intelligent design" that most people attribute, which is very much one of a sentient "hands on" god that created everything.

I guess one good way to describe it, **** happens, and we in this case are the ****. Lol.

i just dont really think we were the point of it all, rather than something that just happened through opportune moments and events.

EDIT:: So in this view, humans are really nothing too special. neither would aliens, so i dont see why if we managed to get a life and evolve to where we are, why couldnt other races on other planets?

I agree with most of what you said. I also don't want to start a religious thing, but I think the universe is WAY too big for us to think we are the only intelligent life forms. I will say this though....if we ever did reach some other intelligent life forms a lot of religious people would be scratching their head and saying WTF!!!!

Anyway, back to bigfoot....when I was little my grandpa used to take me hunting with him and his friends....every single time we'd be sitting around the camp fire one of those old farts would tell a story about big foot and it would scare the piss out of me! ha ha ha.
