f-ck me sideways while swingin from the rafters
this heat is rediculous...
central NJ excessive heat... today... It was 110* in the sun... yes one hundred and ten... what sucked is that I do construction... so there I was... in the sun (cause there ain't any shade nowheres)... 110*... with a shovel and a jack tamper.... lets just say... my back is 100% destroyed... took 8 advil... they do nothing... pole + 110* + construction = extreme pain I can't figure how I am gonna make it through the rest of the summer... this is redicilous |

exercising does make a huge difference in someone that does a labor intensive job. Think about it you are exercising to build, strengthen and condition your muscles to handle this type of stuff. I know when i stop working out for a month or 2 and go out and play my sports i can feel it but as long as I dont stop exercising I have no problems at all. Try it you might like it and you will feel 1000% better.

man i love working 42 hrs a week at my auto parts store with that nice cold a\c on at a crisp 72 degrees man hate when i have to go to lunch it so hott out hehehe love ya greg hahahhaha
