damn if I only had $500 and knew this would fit a 2V without much modification I would be all over it.

Way more hassle than its worth to fit on our cars.

Rabbit 05-18-2006 12:12 PM

How much work is involved in gettin the eaton to work on a 2V?

Rabbit 05-18-2006 12:30 PM

you sure, eibach.com has 2 different part numbers for V6 coupes and V8 coupes?

Product Part Number
FORD, Mustang Coupe, SN95, 6 Cyl. - 1999
PRO-KIT 1.5 in 1.5 in 3518.140

FORD, Mustang Coupe, SN95, V8-4.6 & 5.0 - 1999
(Exc. IRS & Convertible)
PRO-KIT 1.5 in 1.5 in 3510.140

Just want to be 100% sure before I get them.

TONS. Buy the FRPP kit or a KB kit and be done with it. Its not worth it. The intake ports are completely different, i think you may even have to use 4v heads or at least a custom adaptor plate.
