Default Having Issues Here...

Getting in touch with ANYONE here at MT! Anyone else have these problems? I ordered Wheels, Foglights, and Pullies and I got one email saying the pullies aren't in what would I like to do. Thats TOTALLY OK with me but I wanted tracking numbers on the wheels and foglights and never got them, So I tried to call and talk to a real person, and on top of noone answering... the mailbox was full!?! Is there another number I can call or someone else I can email other than sales@mt...? Little help please?

are you having issues with MT. If that is the case, one or two other people are having close to the same problems.

Not to bash MT, but if this is the case, dont create a message of bad customer service for yourself. I work in the business of hospitality, and trust me, you can have low prices and people will not buy if the customer service sucks. Not saying it is bad, just a little foresight, considering my background.

And i am not starting an argument here, just advice, so please no bad comments.

I'm not trying to bash MT I really think its a quality site and they sell quality products. All the people on it are real nice and helpful, well everyone I've come in contact with. I recommend MT to fellow stangers every chance I get. I was merely trying to see if anybody on here new someone I could actually talk to or email instead of the generic lines of the communication offered. Sorry to all for the misunderstanding!

Guys:

I have been buying from MT since the site first started and Chris had like three things to sell. We all know that they have GREAT prices. As a result, sometimes their phone lines get full as they only have a couple of people to answer the phones. One option is to go to a place like CJ Pony Parts. Someone will answer the phone right but you will pay 30 - 50% more for the same item.

Be patient....sometimes things get sold out and stuff gets on back order. I have waited for stuff too. I waited for my SLP and for my rims, but the prices were LOWER by far than all available other places.
