Anybody Know of someone to install the Targa top on the west coast

Hey guys I was just wondering if you knew of anyone on the west coast that could install the targa top? I was also wondering if the targa top is a glass piece or if it has to be painted? Any help would be awesome. Thanks guys

targa tops look horrible especially when that piece of crap is on it when its raining and when its off it looks good but i bet u lose speed with air pushing againt the back seat
