Default Shift Kit

I was thinking of getting a shift kit for my automatic. Would you reccommend this, and what would be the best one to buy? One from FRPP, or one from a third party company, such as B&M?

Thanks

B&M sucks. Either Transgo or Jmod. You will need a tranny cooler.

If you are stuck on shift kit I heard Transgo is best and doesnt cause as much excessive heat as the B&M. I just installed a B&M tranny cooler Tuesday. I'm just gonna do a whole new Valvetrain instead.

As stated, Trans-Go & the largest capacity tranny cooler you can find.
