Default 1967 Mustang - What Does This Mean?

I came across a 1967 Mustang online, and there are a couple of things the owner said, and I'm not sure what they mean (I don't claim to know too much about cars...)

1) "Numbers matching 289 was fully gone through about 8 years ago I have owned the car about 10 years."

2) "4 barrel Eddelbrock carb"

Thanks!

For the first one what he is saying is that it is a 289 Car (meaning what size motor is in the car), they went through the motor and probably freshened everything up, consider it like an overhaul of the motor. Numbers matching more than likely meaning the information on the door plate matches what's on the car.

The second line is telling you what type of carburetor is on the car.
