HELP!!!! Injector woes
 

We're having issues with my buddies 97 5.4 f250 again. Last night the truck started whistleing while applying power, we thought that it spit an plug again and the COP was holding what was left of it in the head(Just guessing), still in the process of pulling all the COPs to hopefully find a bum plug, thats issue number 1. Issue number 2 is while pulling the fuel rails/injectors out, we found 1 of the injector tips was cracked and breaking apart(attached pic). Is there any way to replace the tip without replacing the injector.(sorry the pic is kinda small, my phone is being dumb)

k nevermind, bought and replaced shitty injector and found out what was whistling, the bolts holding the down tube to the manifold on the driverside are now null and void
