I took my spoiler off today, but ended up putting it back on. I want to leave it off, but there was some paint damage around the spoiler holes. I want to buy a new trunk lid without the holes, but I'd have to spend a ton of money to get one from Ford. Hopefully ebay will have something.

Alright so this is what i did and it worked out great.
I bought nylon plugs 3/8s and 5/16s is what you will have. I ordered touch up paint that pretty much makes them invisible from what i have seen. And for the dirty lines, its just takes some good waxin, rubbin and clay barrin to get the grim off and after a little time and effort it looks cleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeean. I got my plugs in and most of the lines off and my touch up paint comes in pretty soon so when its all done i will post up some pictures. I like the idea of having the option of going back that is why im not going to have the holes filled. not to mention it will cost more than i want to spend lol

I have the spoiler taken off and I discovered that I actually have a total of 6 holes for it and the paint has bad scuffs and pits. I bought the nylon plugs and I already have touch-up paint so I will work on that and post up some pics. I will try that out for a week and see how I like it and if I do I will have the holes filled and it repainted.

Sorry guys for the wait, but I have them plugged now. When I first tried it I bought white plugs sanded them down and painted them, when I put them in I realized I had sanded them too thin and half of them broke. Another trip to Lowes and I ended up with black ones that aren't painted, it kinda goes with the yellow and black theme though.
I will try to get some pics up tonight since I'm at work right now.

Here's the pics. In the last pic you can really see the pitting in the paint from the back of the spoiler.

Nice lol. You might want to consider picking up some nylon plugs next time you go to the hardware store, there only a few bucks.
