E-Bay?
CraigsList?
Google?
American Muscle?
I can't think of anything else right off hand.
I usually just do my re-search and look for the best price, I find my self using E-Bay more then anything. If I want something lower, I will message and see if they will come down on the price.

If you goal is at least 350hp I would find a used supercharger p1sc or v2. On a stock motor you should see about 360. The mods your talking about will not get you much more than 300-310 at the wheels. You can find used p1sc's all day for around 2k....buy the supporting mods (injectors, pump, tune etc) and you right about $3500 which is going to be less than a slower full bolt on 2v.

Don't get me wrong a cammed gt would be bad ***...but the 350 number you mentioned is going to cost you way more than 3-4k staying n/a.

BTW: summitracing price matches and they have a speed card (summit credit card) that you can use and get no interest for a year.

Patriot is junk. Search it. Plus, with the new TFS heads out, might as well save a touch more cash for much more benefit. For exhaust, I despise BBK. Making a huge dent for the steering shaft instead of rerouting the pipes is just shear laziness and kills power potential. For headers, I would not cheap out on. However, note that your choice of header will dictate your mid-pipe. If you still want the BBKs, you need a BBK mid-pipe. SLP will need an SLP mid-pipe, etc. Also, I hope you meant Bassani, otherwise, Baxxani is a knock-off I'd stay away from. Lastly, save your cash and don't buy a CAI. Just get a K&N filter and remove your silencer. Same thing, but cheaper.

Now, if you want to find them cheap, find the part numbers and do a google search with them. eBay and craigslist can also be your friends.

I can get you 350rwhp for < 1000 bucks.

125 shot of nitrous and a tune. Done. No major engine parts, no huge expense and you can turn it off and have your normal 4.6.

If you want 350rwhp NA then your best bet is a stroker or a 5.4 swap, plus ALL the parts spec'd by bassman and most of them spec'd by wildride02gt. You'll also need a tune, and a few other things like fuel injectors and fuel pump.

How about you not shoot for a HP rating and tell us what you'd like the car to do that it's not doing now and we can help you get there.

If you have 5 grand laying around, then pop on a blower and call it a day. I like Vortech myself but ATI Procharger comes with an Air:Air intercooler which is a big plus. Paxton Novi2000 is also a great blower.

My only universal advice: Don't cheap out, buy the good parts. Buy them new. Have them professionally installed and tuned. You'll thank me later.

What years did they make the Cobra R's?
1993, 1995 & 2000?

Terminator....yea great car but not a Cobra R...if it didn't help it perform better it wasn't installed..like no A/C, no rear seat, no bullshit parts...i fell in love with that car and still am that's why im wanting to hit at least 350 hp...then with some tuning and a little extra parts i could join the ranks of the 385hp, 385lbs of torq, pulling 1.01Gs striking fear in any camaro or mopar buggy....i got to go to the bathroom excuse me....

You can easily reach over 530 RWHP with under $1,000 on the Termi.
I wouldn't mind having a Cobra R too, but seems it would be WAY harder to find parts for.

I have personally driven a 440rwhp/400rwtq 00' Cobra R. The IRS is a very weak link. We had endless trouble trying to hold it together. Other than that...yeah a R is a wild ride.

building a GT to perform power and handling like an R is really not that hard. matching a '00 R has been my goal since I first bought my '02 GT.
