exhasut advice
So I have searched the forum and have not come across a clear answer. I have a 2000 V6 and would like to install a new exhaust. I am curious if it is better to keep the stock y-pipe and bolt on a dual exhasut or instead install a new x or h pipe then bolt on a dual exhasut. Will I lose too much back pressure with a new x/h pipe? Just looking for some advise and would like to not get into the whole debate concerning why even mod a V6. I enjoy my sixer and enjoy working on it.

There's no such thing about loosing too much back pressure since for power, that's what you want. However, you do not want to reduce velocity. This is done easily by maintaining the right pipe diameter so stick with no more than 2" to 2.25" if you go true duel (that is, using a balance pipe instead of a y).
