Problem!! Need Help!!
Ok well i broke my lug nut key. what's the best way to get the wheel locks off?
You can hammer on a 12 point socket onto the lug then wrench it off, but it'll pretty much ruin the socket. That's what we did.
There are better ways, I know a shop did it for me... Haha, they were to dumb to look in the glove compartment for the lock key... dummies....
Weld a bolt or nut onto the lug nut and wrench it off.
There are also special sockets you can buy to get them off. Try a few tool stores near you.
Sometimes a sharp chisel and a hammer will get it loose, just be careful on the wheel. :(
Buy a new key if it is a common kind. The Cooper Tire store here sells about 7-10 different kinds of locking lugnut sets that come with a key. Even if you have to buy a new set of lugnuts you might be able to find a key that fits in a tire shop near you.

i was thinkin about mig weldin old lugs to the lock lugs since i have new lugs with my new wheels. i know the key would be special order since it came with the car from ford. and i cant find anywhere to buy the special sockets

Considering your getting new wheel locks with your new wheels go get a cheap ass socket hammer it onto the old lugs and get them off. You can try vise grips clamped on very tight but that way scares me way to much. Once the old lug is off you can take a flat head screw driver and hammer out the old lug to use the socket on the next wheel lock.
