Where would i get a bushguard like Barricades to put on my stang?

ask a cop. lol
it is going to be a generic weld on guard, probably nothing mustang specific. try to find a place that outfits cars for police use, they might be able to help

I dont know if that is actually a production item or just a one off custom prop for the movie.
