what to use for water removal

hello all, just got a 96 mustang, v6 that had a manifold gasket bust and got water in the engine. the gasket has been replaced and looks like that was the only place it was getting in. what should i do besides drain and fill a few times running it in between. anyone know of a specific engine treatment that can be picked up at the local parts store? also the oil pressure gauge goes out every once and a while could this be a problem from the leak or should i get a new oil pressure sending unit?

water in the cylinders I assume your talking about, then just use a shop vac and suck as much out as you can. Or pull the spark plugs and turn the engine over with the starter for a bit to push as much water out as you can. Either way will get that water out enough to start it up and in turn the motor will get rid of the rest of the water.

well i got it running and it seems to be running fine. when we replaced the gasket we got all we could up with towels and compressed air. so it is running and the dipstick looks good. when it happened it looked like someone poured mud all under the hood and the dipstick was covered in it when i pulled it out. cleaned it best we could and it looks like there is no more leaking with the new gasket, i just did not know if there was something more i should do once i had it back together and running.

BTW thanks for the quick responses!!!
