coolant leak but i dont know where

im having to fill my resivoir up with coolant it seems every two weeks.
my engine never over heats the needle stays almost in the middle of hot and cold.
my car doesnt leak, while parked...it might while im driving i dont know.
im thinking that i could be a leak in the resiovoir but ive heard other possiblities...can anyone help...

oh and when i unscrew the cap to put more coolant in there is still some at the bottom, so its not completly drained.
thanks.

Well, my Chevy truck had the same issue and the leak was in the intake manifold area and the coolant was winding up in the oil pan! Not good... Cost a bunch of money to have it fixed because at that time it was my only wheels and I couldn't take the time off to fix it. I'd check that out soon before any serious damage occurs!

It doesnt seem like a big leak if you fill it every 2 weeks. Take a look at all the hoses, radiator, intake manifold and water pump. See if there are any water stains. If not you'll probabaly have to take it to a shop where they can pressurize the system.

Thats what I recommend. When I did the windstar swap on my v6 I ended up with a coolant leak. I juse pressurized the system and the leak showed up, plus a couple of other weak point. I just didn't tighten the clamps back down enought but you will be able to figure out where the leak is in your coolant system easy.
