impractical unless you have a cobra or cammed to spin 7Krpm. With an auto trans GT shifting at 5500 you'll cross the line at about 4700 and coin but you'll cross it in 4th gear which is an overdrive gear.
i ran like 20 simulations for you and they all say that 4.30's are as high as you should go. With 4.30's your times are going to be better with the 4.30's cuz you won't shift into overdrive. Even with 4.10 or 4.30 you need to have the redline pushed up around 6500 or higher for peak performance.
So, 4.56 are not for you unless you have a 7200 rpm motor period. Your times will suffer. 4.30's max, 4.10's are actually pretty good. If you want better times, better suspension is usually the way there. I realize I don't know crap about your car but what you wrote but those are the realities of the math of the matter.
