Default Shifter trouble PLEASE HELP!!

hey guys, i bought a steeda tri ax for my 98 gt, put everything on and everything is good, except the knob, its a ford racing brushed aluminum from AM, i can't align it, when its tight its sideways and there is no adjustment nut, anything???? thanks!

Go buy a nut w/ the right threads at any old hardware store. If not, you may be able to twist it in place after a while like I did w/ my shifter since my friend lost the nut.

or stuff a piece of paper into the hole in the knob till it'll only thread as far as you want.

i have to up date the pics though, as it is now lowered and has the chin spoiler back on.

I like it. Love SN95's and yours is sweet. I had the same style hood on my GT. I love my cobra, but my GT was my baby. The green and black work well.

holy hood! Not into green either, but I like that color....I wouldn't be able to see the road with that hood on. ha ha
