Exclamation PROBLEM?

This started a couple of days ago, when I start my car, a couple seconds later my car starts to kind of "accelerate -or- jumps a little bit", the car also moves forward a little, even though my foot is on the brake, and the RPM gauge jumps a little, this mostly happens when I'm in drive, and only when starting, and only for about 30 seconds or so. any ideas of what this could be? help would be greatly appreciated!

What year is your car? If it's still under the factory warranty I'd let ford worry about it..

Yeah, it kinda moves like if I was taking my foot of the brake slightly, it doesn't move much though, what could this be?
