Question

Alright guys im new to the board...i have a question

I only have 1700 miles on my 4.0 07 Stang, i was wondering if it'd be o.k. to go ahead and put dual exhaust on it. I was looking into Mac Pro, any suggestion? I've heard that its too soon to do any modifications.?

Too soon?! WTF?

yeah...never heard of the too soon...other than someone saying the motor has to be "broken in" first. Just check to see if you need a tune for any mod you might do.

As long as the aftermarket product isnt the DIRECT REASON for the breaking of the OEM PART, then you are good to go. If you put your exhaust on, and your radio stops working, you are still covered. If you put your exhaust on, and it rubs on your driveshaft, causing damage, THAT is not covered.

ok for now until money starts flowing for borla exhaust, i jsut want to switch out mufflers, what comes factory size for the 4.0l 2007 stang, inlet outlet all that good stuff, and what sounds best if i just want to replace the muffler, i dont want to go axleback i jsut want to swap out mufflers

you have to have axle back if you just want the muffler. or do you mean u dont want to go cat back just yet?
