smog belt question
 

The belt diagram on my 86 read it has only one belt. I have two belts, one running from the crank to the ac. my question is can I just remove this belt and leave the ac. The other belt run the smog,alt., water, ps. Looking to bypass the smog pump with smaller belt anyone know the right size. If i bypass the smog pump can i just leave it on the car or will i have any problems?

yes for the ac question. as for the size, get yourself a string or rope and wrap it around the pulleys then measure lenght and goto parts store. leaving smog pump may have clearance issue on new shorter belt youll have to check that. good luck
