Bad wheel hop..

Here's the deal: I just hit the gas hard a few minutes ago, and GD the wheel hop is insane!!. I just had an Auburn Pro dif and new axles installed (31 spline) along with 410s. I never really got on it from a stand still after that, I've never had hop like this. I also have new tires, that are softer than the GY Eagles that were on it. Any one think new control arms would help? The sup is stock other than Eibach springs and dif shocks. Any ideas would be great. Planing to go to strip, but not like this.

Indeed. Get the nice ones.. which are expensive, theyll fix the problem though.

I'm going to order Steeda's non-adjust upper and lowers. Anyone have these? How do you like or dislike? I've never had hop in this car, I looked under to make sure some one didn't switch in a IRS on me. Cars down now for the trans conversion anyway so I might as well do it now.

i've heard it is better to get the adjustable uppers and maybe look at maximum motorsports that have great suspension stuff there.

Yeah, i've heard that also, to get the adj, uppers to set the pinion angle just right and regular lowers. sometimes i have wheel hop and sometimes i don't and it does suck.

im running the steeda aluminum uppers and lowers with no wheel hop.

MM lowers are the best there are. Adjustable uppers will help a bit. So will upping the rear shocks to something with more aggressive valving than stock like bilstein or Koni or tokico illumina's. Don't adjust your pinion angle unless you know what you're doing. You can make matters worse.
