stalling problem please help
 

my 2000 gt when i come to a stop every once in a while the car will stall or idle down slowly

stick or auto??

sounds like a vacuum leak. Check all the connections. Also check the MAF element as it may be very dirty and your engine isn't getting enough fuel to maintain idle.

Clean the IAC

i had the same problem a while back and it was the maf element that was causing it.

dirty IAC... forgot about that. It's easy to fix so I'd check that first.

for GODS sake DO NOT BUY AN AFTERMARKET IAC valve:censored: also re-place your PCV....and again, DO NOT BUY AFTERMARKET PCV valve:nono: buy only genuine Ford
