Does the 2000 Mustang GT have any kind of traction control?
 

I know it doesn't have ABS as standards, but wondering if the 2000 Mustang GT has any kind of traction control?

I believe the 2000s dont have any type of traction control. I think they came in 2001+ for an option to disable and enable traction.

I don't think they do. Blake's is a 2000..hed know for sure. My 01 came with it as a ABS/Traction Control option. Center button on dash at the bottom is to enable and disable it.

I have a 00' and it doesn't have traction control, but I do have ABS...

I have a 2000 and yes I have traction control.

how do you have traction control i thought it was a option on 01's and 02-04 its a standard option.

What do you mean "How do you have traction control?"
There is this little button in front of my shifter on my 2000 GT that says traction control.

Well, I didn't know that....that's the first one I have heard of with traction control...

just like i said how can you i have it, near heard of a 00 with it. i am just surprized you car has that option.

on my 99 gt right in front of the shifter, i too, have a traction control button

wow i could of sworn that it was not on the 99-00 thats something new to me.

my buddy has a 99GT and he has traction control, but his traction control button is right on the shifter bezel, unlike the 02-04's that are standard in the center right under the CD player
