Help! Vibration pissing me off

Hi Guys and Girls,

I haven't posted here in a long time, but I need some help. I have this vibration coming from what feels like the rear of the car. I cannot isolate it. I had it aligned and balanced last week... but to no avail. The car is lowered 2.5" and has 18" cobra r's. I bought new tires not long ago and that's when I first noticed it. I had 265/40's on it before and they were just too big and then I put 245/45's on it. I have noticed a vibration ever since. I was told it was not the tires after I had them checked twice. WTF? I have heard that I need to check my tranny mount (I have an automatic) and my U-joints. What else should I be looking for and what should I be looking for when I check my mount and U-joints? THanks a ton.

JT

Have you had any rear end work done too it? or maybe the driveshaft needs to be balanced?

I long time ago I had the 4:10's installed. It was balanced then and I had no probs with it. I'm pretty sure that this is something different.

check to see if you broke your rear swaybar. I did that one time and it was vibrating bad.

i would check the u joints, tranny mount, and the rear sway bar is possible, it happened to me once.

Got up under it today... the tranny mount is completely hosed.
