Default Dyno sheet from my 02 bolt on GT with nitrous

Here is my graph it has two nitrous pulls and the best n/a pull on this graph. My car's first pull with no tuning was only 242rwhp with the help of Justin at VMPtuning.com he got another 15rwhp out of my car which is pretty ridiculous for a n/a car. Most of this came from an a/f ratio that was in the bottom 10:1 ratio before he leaned it up alot (this is the green line on the a/f ratio graph).

However the nitrous runs were awful to watch as my a/f ratio never even came on the graph till the last few hundred rpms. Even trying to pull more fuel couldn't help how rich the nitrous kit is jetted (this is why I never worried about a tune before). So needless to say I wasn't 100% happy with the only 105rwhp gain on my 125shot as its rated at 125rwhp at the tires. However I have 20ish more rwhp waiting in the a/f ratio once its leaned up more. I am talking to compucar's techs and hoping we can figure out what jet I need to step down to so I can get that a/f ratio in the 11:1 ratio rang. Regardless the car runs much stronger both off and on the bottle thanks to Justin and its been great driving it so far. Just wish I had made the 380ish rwhp I was shooting for, but I will get it in a few days once I figure out the jetting. And take a look at the torque its what makes me love nitrous.

Mods on car:CAI (non fenderwell), Steeda Under drive pulleys, 70mm TB, C&L plenum, o/r H-pipe,Home made Mac pro dumps, Compucar 125shot, and the SCT tune from Justin now. Thats it for power mods.

not at the wheels it didn't. His numbers are at the rear wheels your firebird was at the crank and I gave you what I thought your mustang had at the wheels

nitrous will usually deliver 20-50% more tq than the rated hp add. So if you slap on a 100 shot you should expect around 120-150tq gain at the tires and ~100hp gain at the tires. Like everything it all depends on the combo but nitrous is a tq producing monster in a bottle.

I got a new fuel jet in yesterday its two numbers leaner on the fuel jet and should put me in the 11ish air/fuel ratio rang and give me back around 15rwhp. I wont be able to get a wideband on it for a bit so no new numbers yet. I will update this when I get it back on the dyno again.

ditto that... hadn't even noticed till now. You can blow a ring land or wash the cylinder walls like that = noh bwaynoh. not to mention you're down probably 20hp/tq running so rich and gumming up any cats you may have. But you already know and are treating that... so I'll shut the hell up now.

Yep I haven't really beat on the car once I saw how rich it was because I didn't it washing the walls down. Buts it leaner and meaner now, trying to borrow my friends wideband to do some final tweaking on the a/f ratio and get back that missing hp to get me in the 380rwhp rang. The car is pulling much harder with the leaner fuel jet.

I got a good deal with him as I have sent at least 10 of my friends etc.. to him and I already had a tuner from a buddy who got his car tuned by justin, so I do not want to share it, sorry.
