Default first dyno

Well my car put down 265 rwhp and 288rwtq on a very conservative 87 octane tune

mods:
vt stage 2 cams
bbk cai
flowmaster 40's
mac o/r h pipe
4.10's
and of course the tune from big shot dyno, i would post the papers but there at home and im at college

why didnt you get multiple octane tunes.....

seems like a waste since you have cams that can get you up to 300 hp.

considering it's a 87 octane tune that's not bad power at all. Post up your graph!

well for one im not gettin near 300 until i get headers and more bolts ons

two.... i didnt feel like paying more money for gas on my daily driver im only 19 i need some spending money

three... i got a real conservative tune so i dont have to spend my spending money on fixing the car

four....i dont realy take it to the track i just want a strong street car so the few extra hp i would get out of a higher octane didnt really matter to me

and ill have my brother post the graphs if he can im back at college till may 1sy

Not too bad. Long tubes will wake it up drastically!

if i got headers would i need retuned right away or would it be ok to drive on my current tune

I'd definitely go with headers next.. it'll help a ton I do believe. And not bad at all for a mustang dyno

Btw.. I run 93 octane with my cams.. have been for over year without a single problem

i wasnt afraid on problems with the 93 octane i was afraid of gas prices, i was afraid of a aggresive tune making problems so i did what i felt comfortable with, 87 octane and a conservative tune

and csledd headers have a good chance of coming next im coming after your 297rwhp or whatever you have lol

lol go for it.. I have a friend with very similar mods as mine take his car to my tuner and they worked with the tune ALL day trying to beat my numbers. They were unsuccessful but if you were to beat mine i'd totally bow down to you.. because that's just awesome numbers for any 4.6 NA with just some basic bolt ons and the cams
