Default traded the GT, went straight to the dyno!

yep, traded my 02 GT for an 03 Miniral Grey Cobra, the next day went straight to the dyno! Car was bone stock down to a dirty paper filter. It's kinda blurry but in the left bottom corner you can see. 372.86 rwhp and 364.00 rwtq, that was after driveing an hour to the shop, so I'm really happy.

03 would be DSG not MG.

congrats on the new ride. you are going to love it. You have a nice strong car to start out with; thats about 440 HP at the crank a little more than the rated 390.
I love mine and would not trade it for the world!!

No it's MG, they discontinued makeing MG's half way through the 2003 production year, only 302 coupes made, and 154 verts... that's when they switched to DSG. Oh and the first mod is going to be a Magnaflow catback, the car is so quiet right now I can't stand it. I will be making trips to the dyno after just about every mod also.

the 2003 cobras were never made in MG, only Dark Shadow Gray. Have you checked your paint code on the door?

I guess I stand corrected; just checked another source and they show 302 MG coupes and 154 MG verts. My bad.

yeah, I thought the same thing, when I got the car the guy gave me the original dealer window sticker, and it said MG, so I had to look it up. Worked out for me because I have the 2nd rarest 03 coupe!

Yes, Mineral Grey was offered in 03. I am trying to find one to replace my GT as I love this color.

Yea, Mineral Grey was pulled in early production for DSG to replace it for the rest of the 03 year. Congrats on that ride man. Badass ride, AND badass color!

First mods should include a tune, intake, pulley, and midpipe and catback. People have gained 70+ from those mods alone.

you need a tune BAD!!!! while your at it you should put on a 2.8 or 2.9 pulley
