Can we assume you have a Cobra from your screen name?
I think those a good mod's but really for the 1/8 it's all about the 60' and that means traction and a built rear end.

Gears 4.30's or 4.56's with a 4v motor 4.10's - 4.30's with a 2v
slicks
built rear end
launch off the limiter
snap your neck and shove you through the seat.

You never answered my question. What kind of car are we talking about?
Year?
Model?
Engine?
Give up the goods man.

I'm pretty sure he has a 96-98 Cobra. "B" Swirl Port style 4V Cylinder heads. Worst N/A heads of any 4V (as if it's all that bad)...probably one of the best heads for any forced induction application especially turbos.

The only real power producing mods listed are the Headers, O/R X, pulleys and possibly the catback. The O/R Pipe saves weight and gives a significant amount of power, the Catback may save a little weight also. All in all you might see 2 tenths difference on street tires, maybe 1 or 2 miles per hour. With traction you could run deep into the 8's, without it you'll probably run 8.60-9.0X at 81-84 miles per hour. It just depends on your driving technique and traction issues.

Gears are the most important N/A Mod...without it you're missing out on a serious mechanical advantage. A stock cobra with 4.30's would probably run quicker then the same cobra with the mods you've listed...now imagine if you had gears too.

Gears+Traction = Broken Rear End
Built Rear End + Gears + Traction = Broken Input shaft (Tranny)
Upgraded Tranny + Built Rear End + Gears + Traction (including Control arms, struts shocks etc.) = 8.0 or faster in 1/8th

Weight reduction + above and bolt ons run's low 7's in the 1/8th or 11.30's-11.50's at 115+miles per hour. And that's with a 96-98 Snake. 99/01 and Mach1's respond even better to these mods. (Although the Mach1 intake cams are have 10 degrees less duration then their 99/01 Cobra Counterparts.)

I picked up 2 tenths in the 1/8th mile with only the addition of Nitto Drag Radials. Id say the stock tires will not get traction with 4:10s or 4:30s. Even with no tread, the rubber just isnt soft enough. I guess it will depend on the driver.
