First time at the track in almost 2 years!

I went to my local track tonight. My first 2 runs were my fastest and after that the track must of been cold. My tires werent hooking for shit or it could of just been from the retards driving through the wet box. I was also trying to find the 'sweet' spot to launch the car...First I thought the car was hooking well enough for a flash 3500 rpms and spun bad. Next brake stall at 2400 spun almost as bad...next 2k stall no go...then i went back to launch off idle and still spun. I went home after that.

My first pass right off the street with tires at 28 psi:

1.85 60ft
8.00 1/8th at 88.00
12.43 1/4 at 110

This has been the fastest time I ran in my car!...

Than I dropped my pressure to 20 PSI and

1.7 60ft
7.9 1/8th at 88
12.37 at 110

Not bad for my slushmatic...The car chirped each shift and chattered a little on launch. Stupid nittos, oh well, I did muster a 1/7 out of them! My fastest MPH of the night was 113.

My suspension consist of MM LCA, Steeda adjustable UCA's, Mach 1 struts and shocks, Eibach pro kit. I removed front and rear bumper supports and that is the only weight reduction I did. Next time out I should have the 15X8 Weld pro stars with M/T ET Drags and typical weight loss items...passenger seat, rear seat, spare, jack. I havent run the pro stars because my rear tire studs are too short.
