I hate to do this but...

OK so me and a buddy at work who drives a gto were talking and we got into the disscussion of auto vs. manuel and somehow got to how quickly a new edge gt would run with 3.73s, 3500 tq stall, the Jmod everything else stock running with 255s. I won't put my guess out, but is there anybody who wants to share? I feel like a 16 year old asking this, but its to prove a point.

hell if i know... i have heared some new edge Automatics with Jmod, 4:30's, tune and sticky tires can actually hit low 12's with minor weight reduction

With just those 3 mods and everything else stock I would say a 13.30 . My buddy's 07 auto GT went 14.0 stock with a 2.07 60'. He got a JLT Ram Air Induction and an Xcal 3 with a mail order tune and ran a 13.55. You're not doing much for the car by going from a 3.31 to a 3.73. Going to a 4.10 and 3600 stall would be better. With an induction, 4.10's, stall, tune, and drag radials you're looking at like a 12.60. Add full exhaust and control arms and you'll be at 12.30 . New GT's respond to mods fairly well.
