Nice job. I raced one awhile back and we pretty much hung side by side.

Too bad Gm decided to quit production of them. They are actually very good looking as well as strong running muscle cars. I saw a beautiful yellow and black one while back. Eye candy..

Smoked one a couple weeks ago. A guy I work with has one and we ran the 1/4. Got him by a car out of the whole and stayed like that the rest of the race. His is a 2000 WS6. Beat a genIII camaro a few days after that, BAD.

I would rather take a WS6 over a Camaro. They look a lot meaner. Yes they are heavt, but they can be made pretty damn fast.
Jaybird - you gotta sexy looking WS6 by the way. What do you have done to it?

GM hasn't made a good looking F-body since 1973.

damn, those are strong numbers for a stock auto......I know people on mustang websites say they smoke WS6's and camaro's all the time, and some might, but the others are either full of crap or the person in the LS1 couldn't drive worth a damn...A win is a win, but a 99-04 bolt on mustang gt is going to have serious trouble with a stock LS1, let alone one with mild boltons or any other mods.

I agree with you 100% I've raced a stock '02 SS, and a lightly modded '00 (I think) SS, and beat them both. But they were definately no slouches. The 00 beat me one race, but I got him the other two. Stock for stock it would definately be a good race.

Yes, stock for stock they are very close in the 1/4 mile. I've slapped several LS1's, but I've also been bitch slapped several times as well. LOL...I mean really bitch slapped..ha ha

I think ford should start makin there gt's a lil bigger on the engine scale...i hate how everyone's else v8's are so much bigger and can handle more power n/a vs n/a
