14.5 1/4 Gt
 

hey i have a 2003 Gt and just went to the strip and ran a 14.5 at 97mph. My car only has an exaust and intake. i also had my heavy 18 inch chrome rims on is this a good time for my car? thanks Brian

Not to bad i ran a 14.2 stock and i have the same year. Whats your time slip look like?

Its about right for a car with heavy stereo and heavy wheels in the summer.

+1. That's why i don't have a system in my car...it's heavy enough.

I take it you have a 5-speed... the last time i ran I hit 13.9xx, and that is in an auto-car w/ side exit exhaust and a CAI.


So I would drop that heavy ass sound system out when you go to the track (if you can without being too much work) and see what you run then... you should easily pick up a few tenths

I ran a 14.00 with my 18s but i don't have a system.
