Default Went to cecil

went to cecil county drag tonite...there were alot of fast cars tonite....the second race was against a 9 sec single turbo supra...insane....the last run my clamp holding my resonator on want tight enuf so the tubing sliped out...the ride home was a constant drone...worse than chambered mufflers w/ dumps..

here are my times:

race 1:

r/t: .556
60': 2.395
1/4 Mile:14.397
MPH: 100.48

Race 2:

r/t: .376
60': 2.313
1/4 Mile:14.33
MPH: 98.71

race 3:

r/t: .358
60': 2.193
1/4 Mile:14.126
MPH: 100.72

im afraid to get 4.10's cause i went w/ a friend who has them and we both had teh same E/T and MPH..i dunno

I have 4:10s in my auto and I have run a 13.8 @ 99.60 before. I don't have many mods at all to increase HP/TQ. Get the gears, makes a world of difference.

I always thought the 01+ mustangs were alot faster than mid to low 14's
Is this normal?
Are the Auto's alot slower? My Dad's barks them hard when it shifts
to second but his isn't stock either.

nope...its normal...its the airflow that restricts the engine alot...get some beefy rears and 4.10s and ur a good mid-high 13 sec car
