I 8urvtec!!

yea...so the guy came in hittin his BOV bein real cocky said he'd smoke anyone....typical high school kid with mom and daddy's car. So i was like i'll run you but 1st gear roll..he amediatly said "ok" so it was on. and i knew better than to run him in a real race. So we go out and i do the 3 honks...1st throu 3rd he was staying right at my rear tire then in the upper end of 3rd into 4th i started pullen away from him. we get back and he claimed he missed a gear....when clearly on video he didnt. So I had to sit and listen to his excuses so I was like whatever you kno set me out a car and i'll run you dead stop just so everyone could see a race last night. so we go out and line up...my buddy is the flag man so i took every advantage i could geat since i knew that car was gonna launch hard...i jumped the start....and spun all of 1st, and most all of 2nd and he came by half way through 2nd and then let out of it when he was a 2 cars in front of me...soo kinda a BS race.

Lol, the first race sounded good though, better work on that launching bro.

well the 1st race was really good but the 2nd one i jus didnt hook at all considering i'm on stock goodyear's @ 15psi. along with being really cold.

no worried he woulda beat you neways... but don't worry for the money he paid to get 300 hp u can get with bolt ons and tune... and atleast yours came with a stereo...lol those wrx are pretty quick though, but they come at their top end already, ie u gotta redo a turbo to make SERIOUS hp with them...

Sorry man but STI's will beat a stock GT in a straight up race...... Roll or a dig. Oh wait I see you have an 80 shot.....
Nice semi-kill though. Well at least you beat him from the roll!

yea i did use the jugg on him...he had his power adder so i used mine...seems fair to me. As for dead stop....yea i know he had me out the hole...but they dont have any topend....all lowend since it's a ralley car.
Grimmz...you dont need to re-do the turbo to make power...all they need is a upgraded UTEC and a good tune and they will get down. from the rool if i didnt have the juice...no doubt he would of beat me altho i didnt come onto the kit untill mid range of 2nd gear and it was all me then. Jeredan, a modded STI tuned right and with a good driver will get nasty...espcially w/ a GT40r turbo....plus they make more than 225 to 4wheels..we dynoed a WRX and it only did 208 wheel, and a stock STI 260's so they arent bad at all.

you guys need to do a little reserch on the sti b4 you start saying they cant make power easily...

I do enough research considering we dyno them all the time at our shop, We get a variety of car so i usually see what they all are capable of and can do in real time.
