And because of the abundance of information that is available to us, it also confuses us.
What is optimal health? When a group of people is asked this question, their reactions are varied. Some defines optimal health as a good physical health wherein athletic skills or physical abilities matters most. Others may say that healthy relationships and interactions is the key. Still others are certain that emotional health and intellectual challenges are the most important. We are a complex person and very different from one another. Our growth and maturity is dependent on the problems and needs that are part of our lives.
