HID Kit and Brake Control Package

I am looking to purchase the HID kit you guys just got in for the 99-04 Mustangs and the Brake Control Package. Does anyone have any comments, opinions, feedback, etc for any of these items? How does the HID kit work? Why are they so cheap...most kits are in the 6-700 dollar range. Is it a plug and play? Does the HID kit and brake control package come with instructions?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I am not sure where you are looking but most of the kits i have seen are around 300-400 for the same thing. They have a good price for this kit.

as for the SLP roll control i only know of one person who has it and other then the lines not working nad having to bend them a bit it works just fine.

If the eyes are the gateway to the soul, and your headlights are the eyes of your car, then what do your car’s eyes say? Do they say that your car is just the average stang? Well with our 8000K HID Upgrade Kit your car’s eyes will say your car is one bad stang.

The wicked bright illumination from these HID bulbs will give your car the ultimate visibility and give you the ultimate visibility of the road ahead. The kit features easy installation, and can even be swapped back to stock in minutes!

HID bulbs draw much less power then standard incandescent bulbs and outlast standard bulbs by thousands of hours. Each kit includes everything you need for a neat and professional looking installation, and is backed by a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.

Features:
HIDs provide ultimate visibility
8000K bulbs produce a pure white light with a very slight bluish tint for increased night vision
Simple and easy installation, swap back and forth between HIDs and stock halogen lamps in minutes
Super long bulb life averages 15 years
HID bulbs draw less power then stock incandescent bulbs and produce much less heat
All wiring harnesses, mounting hardware, bulbs, ballasts, and step-by-step instructions included
1 year manufacturer’s warranty

would he have any for a 98 gt???

i see that Stangmods.com has the 10000K HID kits for only $299 shipping included.

why is MT at a higher price for the 8000K?

Badfish 02-25-2006 11:10 AM

10000 k puts out less light than 8000 k, 8000k puts out less light than 6000 k, 6000 k puts out less light than 4300 k. 4300 k is the color temperature of the sun, when you use them, you basically have "sunlight comming out of your headlights" the higher up on the color spectrum you go, the less light your headlights put out. 10000k is retarted, its basically purple, and you can see more with halogen silverstars

if I were to be a ricer, and get one of these HID "kits" I would get 6000k still a slight blueish tint, but very bright

i have 10k and mine aren't purple at all. And for a fact my 10k's light output on the road way is about equal to that of my stock high beams.

For all those wanting HID's Buy them You wont regret it. Once you drive a car with HID's you'll want them in every car.
