wheel sizes?
I have an 1" drop in the rear and 1.5" in the front...im wanting to put 17"x10.5" on the rear and 17"x9" on the front. Will I have any problems fitting the 10.5's in the rear?

Yep no problem at all.

So long as you keep the wheel diameter the same...
275/40/17 on the 9" 315/35/17 on the 10.5" |
cant find any tires for those badboys..315/35/17....hmmmm

sumitomo makes both of those tires /315/35/17 and 275/40/17 and maybe try e bay real cheap

A lot of people run Nitto 555 in front and the Nitto 555 drag radial in the back for that size combo. Also look at the BFG T/A KD, they are available in both sizes.

If you want you can also do a 245 up front on 9's and then on 10's in the back put a 275. But you'd have to up the wheel size to 18's. Thats what I did. Alota the guyz here want rediculously big tires which is nice, but 275 on a 10 will still work. I have 275 Pirelli Pzero Nero tires on my 10's and they drive perfect. Next time though i'll upgrade but I wanted the all season traction. (gotta spend some winter time in MD, then back down here to Florida) |
