Diablosport works on 2006 V6?

I was comparing prices on the diablo after I had pretty much made up my mind on it, but I am getting conflicting descriptions from different websites. mustangtuning.com's description says the diablo will not work with my 2006 V6 because it needs a re-tune after you add parts like a cold air intake and that i need the SCT2. this doesn't seem to make sense since the diablosport can have its tuning adjusted by the user, so shouldn't you be able compensate for and intake and adjust the fuel then reflash with the predator. RPMoutlet.com says the same part number U7140 diablo will work for the 2006 V6? can anyone explain this discrepancy so i can make sure to get a tuner that will work with my car?

Well, what MT.com actually says about it is this:
NOTE: The Predator is a strategy tuner designed for stock and mild bolt-on cars and can not account for modifications such as CAIs that require retunes on 2005+ Mustangs. This product only works on 2005 GT Mustangs and will not work on 2005 V6 or 2006+ Mustangs.

MT.com is correct in saying it won't work on 2005 V6. If you go to DiabloSport.com, and look up the Predator, the 4.6L GT is the only version of the 2005 Mustang that is available. However, DiabloSport does have it available for the 2006 GT as well, so I'm not sure about MT.com saying "...will not work on ...2006+ Mustangs".

I think the more correct statement is, "...it will not work on 2005 or 2006 V6 Mustangs.", as DiabloSport is saying it will work on the 2005/2006 GT models.

I went to diablosport.com and the 2006 4.0 V6 is listed on their website right next to the GT saying it will work. I think mustangtuning.com needs to update their site listing or something. maybe diablosport changed the predator to support V6s.
