They made no changes between 00 and 04, same power. HP will vary from car to car. I made 250 rwhp through an automatic with similar mod's, mines an 02. Automatics typically makes 5% less rwhp due to drive train loss.
260 is very good for what mod's you have, you definatley got a good one from the factory. Should run real nice at the track. Low 13's with a good 60" time.
