A lift is really helpful, but you don't need one. If you have jack stands, you can do it in the drive way. Here is the secret, you can't jack up the rear end. What ever you do, don't jack up the rear such that you compress the rear axle....that's what I mean. And no matter what....be safe. You have to jack the car up higher than normal for doing under car work and you don't need it comming down on you.

If you don't care about the stock exhaust, just cut it off with a saw. It will take three minutes. Otherwise, you have to drop the the rear axle. Keep in mind, the mandrels bend over the rear axle.

It took two guys about 25 minutes to do my swap. You may need something to loosen the bolts from the old exhaust.
