I went to the track a few months ago and, in the July North Carolina Humidity, bested only a 14.3 @ 99. Since then I've had it dynoed at 264 and 302tq and after that added an Accufab 75mm TB and Plenum. I went to a different track the other weekend in alot better weather but now I'm Texas. The track was litterally bucketed down with water and is so narrow you can't drive around it. I bested only a 14.4. Both Runs have 60ft in the 2.2-2.3 range. Obviously there is a huge drivers error factor, but what suspension set-up will give me the best Daily driven results.
I was thinking...
Eibach Drag launch springs
some kind of adj shock and strut package (suggestions)
Upper and Lower Control Arms (I like the UPR and Mac-anyone running these?)
Also, anyone got some tips for me as far as Launch RPMs, tire pressure. etc
I usually launch around 2K and keep my street tires no lower than 22psi.
ANy help would be great, by looking at some of these other cars, I should be in the 13s easy now with my stock rear and definately after my 4.10s
here's the video link,
http://media.putfile.com/144-disaster my buddy filming couldn't see the end of the track so he decided to film the tree which should light up the side that wins, however it's too shaky to tell. The integra ran a 16.58 and sounded like crap the whole way down.
