naw, an x-pipe wont void any warranty. aftermarket pipes are common among mustang owners, so if they see that, they wont think anything. But I was told by a ford rep himself that IF there are any ENGINE-RELATED issues, the first 2 things they check is a chip and nitrous. But if you have some other problem like short shifter, diff rear end gears, etc but the engine is stock....they SHOULD fix the engine, no questions asked.
