aside from Intake and Exhaust, which are good, soe more cheap mods are liek UDP (Underdrive Pullies) and Roller rockers for a start.

Also for your 18 x 9 wheels I'd up the gear ratio to compensate for the wheel weight addage. maybe 3.55 or 3.73. and a traction lock for LSD ( limited slip differential.

If it's manual geta lighter fly wheel and a lighter drive shaft to make more revolutions.

you can find the Drive shaft, gears and t lok ( plus things like a chip and speedo recal for the 99+ stangs which is mandatory for the gear sap to get the speedometer reading correctly) on www.gefracing.com , excellent prices. I'd refer Mustang Tuning but I don't think they have performance mods such as these for the V6, (Hope not to draw sales away guys ) :\

that would be a hell of a start and defiently if you do it all at once, the car will move.
