Default Master cylinder help...

What's up ya'll?
I have a 1990 GT which I'll be swapping out the front spindles, brakes and complete rearend from a 1996 GT...problem is, I don't think I'll be able to use the my current master cylinder to run the rear disk brakes. Any suggestions? Plus, I've read somewhere that the front brake lines are not compatible with the 1996's calipers. Anyone know of any adapters and where to buy them? Thanks!
