Hey guys, i just a 5.0 motor for $250, was pulled from a running 93 EFI mustang running 13.80s. My friend that sold it to me said it had an E cam in it. ive never heard cams called that before. what does B or E cam mean? he said it was a racing cam, im not sure. i did get a good deal on that motor, though. I'm changing it over to carburation! the only way to go.

The cam you have is a Ford Motorsport cam. The letter E is a short way of describing which cam you have. Your cam is the E303 grind which is a good mild street cam. It will work well with EFI or Carbeuration. for more details about lift and duration got to the FRPP website all Ford's cams are listed there.
