Default 5.0 hesitation trouble shooting.any ideas?

whats up everyone.maybee someone on here can help me troubleshoot my issue.1992 mustang gt 5.0.ok here it is .on cold start up it starts fine then the idle goes down to 300 rpm ,then stablizes to normal .although sound a little skippy at times.if i give it 1/4 throttle the rpms climb fine, but if i floor the gas pedal it stumble and skips all the way up the rpm range .this is all without bein under a load just in park.when it is warmed up completley it seem less hesitant.i have tested the tps ,which is fine. i changed spark plug and wires ,which didnt help.i am goin to put in a new fuel filter tomorrow to see if it helps.my next clue would be the injectors, fuel pump,or possibly a vaccume leak.any ideas ?thanks everyone

I'd say do the routine things. Clean the MAF, IAC motor, check your plugs and wires, then go from there.
