engine pull question
 

Is a 750lb cherry picker plenty to pull out the whole motor and tranny or does the job call for a 1000lb picker? I saw somewhere tje whole engine with accessories is like 475lbs. But I don't know if that is accurate and how much the transmission would add to that number.

750 should do the job just fine, just make sure the wheels on the picker a extended all the way out.

And if you have an extenadble boom, obviously dont extend it past the wheels, bad things can happen lol.

is that when someone will be yelling "TIIIIMBERRRRR!"

That or "FOURRRRRRRRRRRR" :D

That or it has a tendency to have the motor sit back down :) Either way as long as you use common sense youll be ok.
