1989 GT with a 1991 GT swap...UPPER AND LOWER INTAKE MANIFOLD
I have a 1989 GT with a 91 gt motor, i just bought an upper and lower intake manifold as well as a 70 mm throttle body and a cold air intake. Do you guys have any suggestions? or tips for the addition?

Yes, if your installing them with stock heads, wait and get a CAM and heads and do it all at the same time. Otherwise its a straight forward ordeal. Drain the coolant/oil and start taking **** apart. Be sure to torque everything down to spec.

YEA THANKS for that suggestion but luckily there is already moderate CAMS in it and some minor head work. But another question...with the kit i got it came with new high flow fuel rails, is there anything specific i should do when replacing these?

yeah... make sure they don't leak. I'd also put an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator on. That may or may not have come with the kit. Really though, your missing out without the heads. For just another few hours work you could have another 100hp rather than another 15 or so.
Be sure you torque the intake bolts in the right order or you can get gaskets to move and end up with coolant leaks. I like black RTV where RTV is called for.
Did the fuel rail kit come with fittings to connect to the stock fuel line? If not you can find them at summit or any number of places.
