Question 2: Downside to mixing up RR ratios?
 

Again, I am doing this on the cheap with many of the parts I have laying around. I have a FMS E cam (.498 / .498). I also have a full set of SVO 1.6 Roller Rockers and an incomplete set of SVO 1.7 RRs.

I was thinking about using the 1.6 on the intake side (keeping the .498 lift) and using the 1.7 on the exhaust side (making the .498 into a .529). Basically I would be making a dual pattern cam out of my E cam. Aside from the basic valvetrain geometry being off slightly with the 1.7 (unless I go with some non-stock pushrods.. but I am doing this on the cheap) would the higher lift and duration benefit me performance wise? Would it hurt anything (assuming I set them all correctly at zero lash)
